10 Panoisms : Tenfold practice makes perfect this Startup Innovation called L.I.F.E.

Here are the Ten key Panoisms, to practice for Leadership, for Startups, for Intelligent Living, and above all else for hacking and disrupting this game called L.I.F.E.

Just follow by reading and practicing herewith.

These cool and mighty useful Panoisms are here for You — same as they are frequently spelled out in my classes for Leadership, for StartUps, and for gutsy Entrepreneurship.

As some of you are familiar — am offering our Innovation Master Class worldwide for the creation of Innovation and Leading Startups in the best Universities around the world.

We aim to inform, educate and inspire through Innovation Entrepreneurship and we are always creating the best of breed bespoke StartUps by the dozens in our Public-Private-Pano’s Accelerator program.

But that’s only a small part of the story…

Qualified Leadership Creation is the whole story. Am teaching people how to become competent leaders in the space of a three day weekend. And that rocks.

Of course Quality, Excellence, and Disruption, are the key ingredients in our L.I.F.E. Accelerator program for new and old Companies, and for individual Leaders.

LIFE is a Leadership program that I teach for the Leaders of the world at large and also for the Start Up leaders. It is especially applicable to the Business Leaders and the Companies  that are created through our rigorous process of emergence and complexity, but is also available for all other Leaders and Companies out there.

And you could try one of these experimentations with the fabric of the your personal Universe.

Of course you could do this for yourself — the old fashion way — through rigorous long term education and by writing heavily edited and researched Doctoral Dissertations over a few years and a few hundreds of thousands of dollars in tuition and debt in order to get a PHD, all safely ensconced in your chosen University’s academic department…  Or you can skip all that Jazz, and travel to one of our Innovation Master Classes like this one here in China and join the flow of LIFE:   https://www.facebook.com/events/156603211200544/?ref=ts&fref=ts

This where in a space of a rather long weekend you end up learning to be a Leader and practicing this leadership, by leading a freshly minted Technology Start Up company, to the end of your personal Rainbow.

So come experiment with your LIFE and hack this game called L.I.F.E. and live a little… Or as the 32nd U.S. president advocates: “The country needs and, unless I mistake its temper, the country demands bold, persistent experimentation.”           — Franklin D. Roosevelt,

Anyway these Ten Panoisms and assorted aphorisms and maxims apply to all areas of Leadership, and consequently to all areas of Life.

The Ten important Panoisms clearly apply to all aspects of leading people and being a great Executive, from when you lead a country, to leading a large corporation, to leading a City, to leading a family, and maybe leading a tiny StartUp or an emergent Innovation technology company.

Please do read all ten of these simple Panoisms, and apply them to your Life immediately, because they will not only make you smarter but also make you irresistible to your colleagues so they can follow your Leadership, and also make you a sexy beast that nobody can deny… {I won’t vouch for the last one, but there you have it 😉 so go ahead and try them out and keep on smiling}

Panoism number One is to always make accretive hires, find accretive friends, choose accretive partners, cofounders and cocreators — because the DREAM has to be shared by all. And although a man can be happy on his own world — He cannot be comfortable without his friends and colleagues support. So be accretive yourself first and then get those all around you to be similarly accretive and great.

Panoism number Two is to always practice the “Golden Rule,” which basically means to treat others as you would like to be treated. It is very anchoring when you put yourself in someone else’s position. Apparently all the 20 something year olds in the world combined, don’t have the wisdom of a solitary old sage.  So if you want to relive Lord of the Flies – go ahead and let the minions to rule the roost, alone and loose without adult supervision. But if you want to seriously succeed — go ahead and issue the dictum of mind over matter. Ageism is another form of racism and in matters of age: If you don’t mind, it doesn’t matter.

Panoism number Three is to go ahead and Kill the Drama in your organization. Kill drama and kill it’s practitioners. Kill them all, by driving a stake through their hearts. Drama Queens are like Dracula and the only way to kill vampires is to kill the Drama Mama to begin with. Every office, company, circle of friends, and associates has one. So go ahead and “Kill them” with a well positioned stake in the heart region. Today’s stake through the heart is a pink slip. A red card. A firing email. Say Bye-Bye to your dramatic friends too.  Civilized folks use humour as mankind’s greatest blessing. It is also a corrosive liquid that will wash away and expiate all sins.  And when you feel really smug, please remember to laugh at yourself, because no foolishness can stand upright and smug in front of a tsunami of laughter…

Panoism number Four is to make sure to not hold and especially don’t share your anger because it is an acid that can do more harm to the vessel in which it is stored than to anything on which it is poured. If someone or something aggravates you… usually because of stupidity [of course on their part] and it makes your blood boiling and causes red-faced aggravation… Call The Doctor. Go Walk around the block. Run to the bathroom and vomit. Do whatever but please DO NOT BE REACTIVE. This is particularly true for e-mails and telephone calls. It never works well. Practice some self control, put some time between your reaction and your response.

Panoism number Five is to always Be POSITIVE. When negative thoughts emerge nip them in the butt immediately. Cancel them out and replace them with positive ones before they manage to take hold of your mind. Be truly positive and if you go to someone with a problem, first give some thought to the solutions. People like to be around positive energy, and a great deal of your mood is within your control, so practice controlling it. Please don’t go around saying the world owes you success, a grill cheese sandwich, a girlfriend, or a living. The world owes you nothing. It was here first and you are at your best when you are just trying to be of service. Otherwise get the fvck out…

Panoism number Six is to always play the game of Life a little like a crazy person. No worries you are in Good company because always a person with a new idea is a crank until the idea succeeds. “Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. But the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They invent. They imagine. They heal. They explore. They create. They inspire. They push the human race forward. Maybe they have to be crazy. How else can you stare at an empty canvas and see a work of art? Or sit in silence and hear a song that’s never been written? Or gaze at a red planet and see a laboratory on wheels? While some see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.

Panoism number Seven is to actually be happy and grateful about everything that comes your way, because even the negative shit is helpful for growth. So be at whatever end of your wick, but please do drag yourself up from the bootstraps, and pull yourself together by separating your thoughts from negativity {early on} and from existential troubles. Pull yourself up and look at the sun and point your feet in the direction of moving forward and start going towards your dreams. Do this by pulling your boots, or any other way you can manage, to stand up, and focus on anything but drama…<

Panoism number Eight is to always remember and put to practice that service and success are the best way to cheer yourself up. And it often tends to be easier to try to cheer somebody else up, and at the same time you’ll enjoy the benefit. Just please be careful to not get sucked into their own drama and neediness.

Panoism number Nine is to always remember that a coule of decades forward all the Drama will be incosequential and you will not remember any of this. So best keep going and carry on with adventures and achievements so twenty years from now you will not be disappointed by the things that you didn’t do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbour. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.

Panoism number Ten is to be a lenient judge of yourself and others and thus always offer a pat on the back. Approve of Your work, and of the work of others. Stand Up and Applaud loudly all. Give Credit to all others before yourself. Celebrate any and all accomplishments. Always close the circle, finish things, and offer approval and hold a celebratory moment. Appreciate all that people including yourself have to offer. Above all else, please appreciate the fact you are alive today and You are not looking at the roots of the radishes from bellow. Praise your own great behaviour and Be Grateful above all to the others who help you each and every day. The teams that are grateful constantly improve their performance thus leading to excellence. Be Thankful to all creation and all others and practice this daily — before anything else. Do it every time you rise up from the netherworld of sleep and restful meditation. Be mindful of the importance of being grateful. Start your day this way and then go ahead and good informed work and offer grace to all. Do this gratefulness exercise early morning before anyone notices. That is what all Great Leaders do. Do it before greeting anyone or doing anything important always first thing in the morning…

Yours,

Pano

PS:

Align yourself also with the Three Axioms of Pano and you’ll be OK.

1) Know Thyself

2) Know thy Market

3) Know thy Product

Do these and everything is going to be OK.

The world is going to be fine…

And you’ll be OK too.
