Cancer and an uncomfortable death are the end results of Stress.
Yet stress is what we all live with, as a modicum of inducement and motivation to help us achieve our goals, live within Society’s rules, and succeed in our material life.
And we try to keep a balance… making and managing stress a the absentee Landlord, ever watching, ever observing, ever convulsing our Life.
It becomes a habit.
But as we grow in strength in our spiritual life, we give up the habit of worrying.
We come to recognize that stress serves no purpose other than to make us feel tense and miserable.
Am speaking from experience because when I stop fretting about things that are beyond my control, and focus instead on generating optimistic and kind thoughts — my life can begins to flow anew, in ever more positive directions.
Such a light and easy approach to life enables me to take everything in my stride.
And eventually I sport a constant smile on my face.
Can you say the same about a smile on your mug?
Yours,
Pano
