GOD BLESS AMERICA & MERRY CHRISTMAS for a Tax Reformed America

As you probably know, the US Senate was doing the voterama on the tax bill recently.

And it passed.

And then the President signed it into Law.

And he said it was gift of Christmas to the American people… and God Bless America.

“GOD BLESS AMERICA”

And that little phrase “GOD BLESS AMERICA” has now officially triggered all the snowflakes, buttercups, and assorted fragile mental cases of easily triggered leftist illiberals to lose their mind and go like ape shit over Christmas Holidays too.

The illiberal folks have started denouncing Christmas and prohibiting the words “God Bless America” & “Merry Christmas” from being uttered anywhere within earshot of their paranoid hearing.

And that’s how we came to today’s strangest situation where in households all over America, true Americans today, are all secretly mouthing the words “God Bless America” as they exchange gifts in order to save their brethren’s heads from exploding into a million pieces.

And now that the President gave everyone a dividend of their Tax Reform as Christmas gift saying “God Bless America” it has become a time of dangerous mental illness that our brothers and sisters socialist democratic leftists suffer through. Methinks the President must follow his Tax Reform Christmas Gift with a partnership with Santa Claus the old father Nicholas to provide airdrops of Lithium, Xanax, and even stronger Meds through the chimney via drones or reindeer — directly into the mouths of the cannabis & alcohol frenzied nut jobs that hate the simple words: “GOD BLESS AMERICA” because the President uses them freely and appropriately.

“GOD BLESS AMERICA” & “MERRY CHRISTMAS”

It is an amazing and yet a sad moment in history, this time of mental health development of the human species,  how the illiberal minds are victims of their delusions and slaves to the influence of mere words, and have an epileptic fit when they hear the words “GOD BLESS AMERICA”

So let’s give it to them again and again today and for ever: “GOD BLESS AMERICA”

“GOD BLESS AMERICA”

It warms the cockles of my Heart to hear that.

But I truly care for the mental health of the other half of America, those illiberals that suffer as “GOD BLESS AMERICA”  is heard again and again, all over the land, especially now during the times of the Holidays, when everyone naturally says the same thing “GOD BLESS AMERICA”

Yet it might be worthwhile to look and examine how did we come to this point in time where the snowflakes are having their heads explode over “GOD BLESS AMERICA” and “MERRY CHRISTMAS” and that triggers rivers of tears from the illiberal snowflakes and fragile buttercups.

But first let’s see how we came to the lovely Tax Reform package that we got for Christmas gift, and that gives every Middle Class American household, a bunch of money back. “GOD BLESS AMERICA” as the Tax Reform also takes care of the low income people, while stimulating the Economy and creates jobs.

But let’s also go granular, and see how the little provision that taxes the endowments of the wealthy private colleges and the rich Universities, came to be the part of the Tax Reform Bill, that was just signed into Law by President Trump, that we have come to recall most vividly, since it has become the most controversial thing known about this amazing Christmas gift of Tax Reform.

I speak about it because I was asked, actually, by several people from Congress about my thoughts …

The reason why I was asked what are my thoughts on the private college endowment tax exemption, is because I have founded the Environmental University and had contributed to it’s endowment mightily for many years…

Imagine that…

And I thought how best to offset the Endowment Tax.

And I said this:” If this tax is irrevocable for some reason — then why don’t you just cut the Federal subsidies to some other Universities by the same estimated amount this tax generates?”

Because then the private sector and the independent educational institutions will be able to compete on a level playing field, and then maybe, the free thinking colleges will get a little bit bigger, they will be able to create more Leaders for Liberty of Free Thinking, and God Willing the government might get a little bit smaller.

Screen Shot 2017-12-24 at 6.53.54 PM

But they thought that this might conflict with their alumni status from the Ivy League Universities they have all attended and they thought whatever way they were doing it now — the government always gets bigger, and bigger, and bigger — and since they represent the government, that might not be necessarily a bad thing.

So I objected to the whole thing, and stopped taking their calls on that matter, because Free Thinking outside the box is not conductive to the Washington DC beltway manner of doing things: “For the Government, By the Government, and from the Government.”

And am certain that although our Representatives in power, heard those objections and understood their power — still they claimed it was our hard duty to continue paying the endowment taxes.

It’s one reason why, if you’re really poor and smart, you’re more heavily competing for a place in the sun, than if you’re middle income and smart, or upper class yobo.

And so, that’s not all, because there are distortions everywhere, with poor kids that ought to get scholarships to go to college, if they’re smart enough to do the work, and with undeserving rich kids getting scholarships, work study, and federal aid.

Yet the few of us, those few that choose to spare the taxpayer all the expense of that student aid, at least at the few private schools, colleges, and universities, that do not get any type of federal aid, and thus are truly independent — are going to be taxed on top of that too…

Truly Nonsense. So the lawmakers finally understood this, and then after long deliberations said … well, we’ll have to take that one out.

Screen Shot 2017-12-20 at 7.58.54 AM

And on the Friday night, as they were explaining the bill, the amendment that would exempt any college that doesn’t take what we call Title IV funds (the money that comes from the federal government for student aid) they decided to do just that…

There are many titles of support to colleges in the Higher Education Act. And we can summarize them all by saying Environmental University, Hillsdale College and a few others do not participate in any of them. But to be taxed on top of that one — that’s a big No-No.

And so, some Senator, came up with the idea that only the Environmental University and Hillsdale college qualifies for this thing. So it’s an exemption for a couple of small Universities and colleges that are not very influential, nor anywhere near as powerful. as their Ivy League brethren and sister Universities and colleges.

Yet, we just don’t think that way.

We think that only because we are training the real future leaders, the government should stay out of the way, and should not attempt to be in charge of their training, since we need independent thinking leaders if we are to have an independent and free thinking society.

Screen Shot 2017-12-20 at 1.12.13 AM

As you know, the government is extensively in charge of the training of future leaders today in all public and public funds accepting colleges and universities. And it is notorious the kind of bunk&bollocks, that they are being taught there to conform with the current political correct version of the fake news and reality TV made up from stories coming out of the mouth of babes with Strap-on-dildos like Rachel Maddow and Co…

But in our case — we don’t like prior restraints, number one, when we come to the First Amendment. And secondly, the government does not discriminate on the basis of viewpoint or content. That is a prohibited — it’s like the first day of First Amendment seminar. We don’t like prior restraints and the government may not discriminate on the basis of viewpoint or content.

When the senators targeted Environmental University and Hillsdale college, applying tax on benefit rejecting Title IV colleges — they were discriminating based upon their viewpoint. And I think that is unconstitutional from beginning to end, for them to have done so. And to have targeted specifically those of us who reject the government’s largesse, & handouts, is clearly an act of targeting an ideology that rejects their encumbrances and their control on the education of the young and even on the fate of the unborn…

Screen Shot 2017-12-15 at 12.14.34 PM

This is obviously ironic as well as being certainly wrong in the eyes of the law, and it represents a rather strange, and obviously unconstitutional step.

It’s what we call in Washington a FIX. A terribly illegal fix. But a fix none-the-less.

But I like to think that its not the issue being fixed, but rather the dealmakers putting the makes of a FIX in place.

Two different things, since they’re afraid of doing the right thing, not because of the optics, butt because of the political fallout.

So right now, I am not happy with our Republican members for their lack of spine on this, but I must commend them to at long last pushing the Tax Bill through the grinding bureaucracy. But on this matter, they ought to be able to stand up and say, we are not going to tax the endowment income of people that do not take benefits from the federal government, period. That’s just the right thing to do and also the easy thing to say, and explain away.

Yeah, and just think, that’s also an encouragement for others not to take the subsidies for education so they can have a free and unfettered institution to rear true Leaders and not ninnies that are dependent on the Government to bring them up. As for the Budget, and for the Government — that straight laced attitude also saves money over the long term for the taxpayers. And you know, President Trump, or Speaker Ryan, or anyone else involved in this chicken salad fixing of the Tax overhaul bill — ought to fix this. Right? I mean, it’s not difficult to do, but you know, we also need to look at the larger things too.

Why does the tax bill have the character that it has?

This tax bill is a great thing, and thank God for helping them passing it. But I will say that it is not nearly as great as it should be. It’s just much better than what we’ve got now.

Screen Shot 2017-12-25 at 10.50.04 AM

Kudos.

Kudos, and keep it up, and I want to keep saying that to them, till they finish the job.

Then I can say: Well Done Fellows.

Having said that, you shouldn’t have a rule that if you’re going to leave more money in the private sector, they have to pay for it by raising taxes on them in some other way, so that you don’t increase the deficit, because that’s just a mug’s game, since the Congressional Budget Office makes 10 year projections — that are all bonkers.

And Yes, they are always wrong since even their one-year projections are always wrong. So what hope do they have for getting it right ten years out?

The CBO has been and is always wrong in there projections by huge margins.

Yet, how Congress can cut taxes, is constrained by that process. And if they would just realize how CBO is so wrong, and simply say that then we think we can make progress with the people, by sharing with them that we don’t even know how this process will affect anyone anymore, but we will be taking a chance to pass a “Tax Cutting Bill” without negative prognostications.

Yet if you go in the confines of Washington, DC, there’s this fantasy land there, and on top of that they think that they can prophesize the future. False prophets of course abound in the beltway, in the DC podiums, and on the Hill, that is the epicenter of chicanery and snake oil salesmanship. But that does not deter the smart folks of DC and the Hill from screwing up their little dose of Courage to lie to the American people about simple Arithmetic and simple Economics…

Because it is all a big lie since it’s just a simple fact, and you don’t have to add up any GDP numbers, to know that all of the money that goes into the running of the government, and the annual budgets, comes from the taxation of the hard working people and the productive private sector of the economy.

Exactly all of it.

All of it in total.

One Hundred Per Cent of it.

100%.

Yours,

Dr Churchill

Please keep in mind that the government gets its money first, simply because it has the power to tax people and as we all now that’s how they get bloated and destructive.

As the illiberal left remains unchecked — they will go sucking out all the air from the room, and demonstrate to the world that this is their power. Their power to destroy the GDP of all the private enterprises, by overtaxing the Corporations, and the wealthy people — thus removing the will to succeed from all the People who create wealth.

If we allow the free spirited American Entrepreneurs that cause growth in our blessed country to be hampered by Over-taxation and over-regulation — we will surely kill the goose that lays the golden eggs. Methinks that we should not allow this to happen…

And this season we can clearly help alleviate this dystopian future by frequently saying “GOD BLESS AMERICA” and causing the illiberal minds to either explode or open up to receive new wisdom.

Screen Shot 2017-12-25 at 10.48.17 AM

In other words, the Government bureaucrats think that as a country’s GDP, we need to “grow” by a certain annual rate, simply because they have built up the “necessary expenses” of the Government of the United States of America, at a monstrous level that is unsustainable. Entitlements that nobody is entitled to, strangle the awesome American Entrepreneurial Spirit today, and remove the goal setting power of people to achieve their dreams and their wealth.

And that’s how the illiberal mindset kills the American Dream…

And yet the government bureaucrats rely on the Free Enterprise system to bring growth into the Economy, because if we don’t get between three (3) and a half (1/2) per cent (%) and four per cent (4%) growth over time and on a consistent basis in our economy, over a very long time — we’re going to have some kind of serious economic collapse, that by comparison will make the Great Depression seem like a mere cautionary tale.

Yet I am sure with President Trump we can do this consistently over the next eight years and beyond, as we will be slashing the bloated federal and state governments, further, and further.

And over the next fifty years of Conservative Administrations going Christmas Gifts like this Tax Reform to the American People — the plantation and slavery based Democratic party will disappear completely, and many other parties will blossom.

Parties like the Lincoln Party, that really care for the American People and want to truly help them go forward, as FREE PEOPLE.

“GOD BLESS AMERICA”
